Welcome to Ti Pied Nature! These general terms and conditions of sale govern all orders placed on our site.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product sheet. The photos are not contractual.
3. Order
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer receives a confirmation email upon validation of the payment.
4. Price
Prices displayed are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs are indicated when confirming your shopping cart.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or other means offered on the site. The order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, then delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
👉 If no tracking number is available, a delivery person from our Ti Pied Nature team can take care of home delivery directly.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You benefit from our 14-day money-back guarantee.
For any returns or exchanges , contact us at contact@tipiednature.re stating your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or an error on our part).
8. Reimbursement
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be made to the payment method used when ordering within 7 to 10 working days.
9. Guarantees
Our products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with current legislation.
10. Liability
Ti Pied Nature cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
11. Personal data
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of Ti Pied Nature.
13. Possible exchanges
If the customer wishes to exchange for another size, this must be specified when requesting.
The exchange is processed subject to stock availability.
