Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
Welcome to Ti Pied Nature! These general terms and conditions of sale govern all orders placed on our website.

2. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product sheet. Photos are non-contractual.
3. Order
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these TCS.
The customer receives a confirmation email upon payment validation.
4. Prices
Prices displayed are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs are indicated during cart validation.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or other methods offered on the site. The order will be shipped after payment is received.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 4 weeks, then delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order.
A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
👉 In cases where no tracking number is available, a delivery person from our Ti Pied Nature team may directly handle home delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You benefit from our 14-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee.
For any return or exchange, contact us at contact@tipiednature.re indicating your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return costs are at the customer's expense (unless the product is defective or an error on our part).
8. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be made to the payment method used during the order within 7 to 10 business days.
9. Guarantees
Our products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with current legislation.
10. Liability
Ti Pied Nature cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
11. Personal Data
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Disputes
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
13. Possible exchanges
If the customer wishes to exchange for another size, this must be specified when making the request.
The exchange is processed subject to stock availability.
14. NON-RECEIPT / RETURNED PARCEL
A parcel indicated as delivered by the carrier is considered delivered. If the parcel is returned to the sender due to: incorrect address repeated absence non-collection within the deadline → The Customer will have to pay the re-shipping costs for a new shipment.
